The Ladder Foundation will be set up as a self-funding, 501-(c)3 non-profit foundation. Grants will be made with the stipulation that any project or endeavor which becomes a commercially profitable enterprise, must contractually agree to funnel 15% of its net profits back into The Ladder Foundation, in perpetuity. It is also anticipated that The Ladder Foundation will seek additional funding from charitable contributions of third parties who are supportive of the Foundation's mission to provide people with the opportunity to follow their bliss, and in doing so, make the world around them a better place.
